Damages and issues (ONLY DELIVERIES APPLY)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

If you move the decoration from one place to another, it is your responsibility.

When you pick up your balloon decora in our studio, you understand that the transportation and installation of the balloons are your responsibility. In Awesome Parties we will give you an installation kit and we will suggest how to carry out the installation, at the same time, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the decoration once it has left our studio.

Returns

We do not offer returns. 

Refunds

All balloon sales are FINAL.

We do however offer one (1) date change if we are given enough notice (2 weeks notice minimum for Custom Installs, or Balloon Twisting service and at least 48 hours for Pick Up orders).
